You can track your parcel in real-time by entering your Tracking ID / Airway Bill (AWB) number into the Track Shipment bar on our homepage.
Check with family members, building security, or neighbors first. If you still cannot locate it, please contact our support team within 24–48 hours with your Tracking ID so we can investigate with the delivery driver.
Rates are based on the chargeable weight (the greater of actual weight vs. volumetric/dimensional weight), distance, origin/destination zone, and the speed of service selected.
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot ship hazardous materials, explosives, flammable liquids, weapons, perishable food without cold storage, illegal substances, and unregistered currency.
Basic shipments carry standard limited liability Amount 2000 . For high-value goods, we strongly recommend purchasing Declared Value Insurance during booking to cover 75% value of your item.
Submit a written claim via our Support Portal within 3 days of the expected delivery date. Please attach your invoice, tracking number, and photos of damaged items and original packaging.
Address changes mid-transit are possible via our tracking portal or customer support, provided the shipment has not yet reached the final delivery vehicle. Additional re-routing fees may apply.
We collect the cash or digital payment from the recipient upon delivery and remit the collected funds to your registered bank account according to your agreed payout schedule (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly).
Attach the printed waybill securely to the flat top surface of the box. Ensure the barcode and address are clearly visible, uncreased, and not covered by tape. Remove or cover any old shipping labels on reused boxes.
